How do you like our website and info that is presented here?
Positive overal impression.
Why do you want to join a Constitutional Militia's Website?
I'm interested in meeting like minded people and making connections as a hedge against the unknowns of the future.
What concerns you the most about what's happening to our country?
The US Empire is teetering on the precipice of destruction. Whether that destruction takes the form of a long, slow slide into depravity and irrelevance; a rapid devolution into multiple sovereign states; or a new birth of tyranny the likes of which we cannot even imagine...is yet to be determined. However, one thing is certain, we live in interesting times. And they promise to become more so. Why...to paraphrase James Carville "It's the spending stupid!" The left wants to solve the problem by spending money we don't have on social programs that won't help. The right wants to solve the problem by spending money we don't have on wars that won't make us safe. Both sides want to take from the haves, and give to the have-nots. They argue over illegal immigration while not addressing the root of the problem (the entitlement system that brings the parasite class to this country). You can't tell the R's from the D's any more. And worst of all...both sides agree on the supremacy of the nation state. With the continued contraction of the credit markets, additional foreclosures as another wave of ARM's reset this year, and the other shoe yet to drop on the commercial real estate market...we will probably experience a period of deflation during 2010 (good time to stock up). However, the debt and unfunded liabilities being what they are, and governments being what they are; it is only a matter of time before the dollar is inflated to levels not seen since Juan Peron destroyed the Argentinian economy.
What do you feel is the best approach to stop whats happening to our country?
Educate people about the true nature and character of the founding documents. Cut through the mythology, and demonstrate that the general government is but a creature of the voluntary constitutional compact between the states. Each of which is a party to the agreement; from which they may withdraw if they choose.
What do you think, in your own "Opinion" on how things are going to play out? We understand that this is just an opinion.
Economic factors will bring the nation to the brink of collapse; we will be faced with a choice: decentralization (statists might call it disentigration), or futher consolidation as part of a larger political entity (which will result in even further restrictions on Liberty). |
